1. No Guarantee of Profit

• The Platform does not guarantee profits, returns, income, or capital appreciation.
• Past performance and demo results are not indicative of future Live results.
• Displayed APY, returns, and demo performance are estimates or historical illustrations only.

2. Experience First (Demo) Risks

The Platform's Experience First, Decide Later program carries specific risks:

• Simulated vs. Live: Demo vaults use virtual principal. Performance during the demo may differ from Live trading after activation.
• Forfeiture: If you do not activate Live before the demo expires, demo benefits are forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• One-time offer: Demo eligibility does not repeat; you cannot obtain a second demo vault on the same account.
• No commission income: You will not earn referral or team commissions during the demo period.
• Commitment amount: Selecting a commitment amount you do not intend or cannot afford to deposit may result in forfeiture of demo benefits.

3. Lock, Withdrawal, and Emergency Exit Risks

• 30-day lock: Trading Vault principal is locked for 30 days. Early withdrawal incurs a 25% penalty plus fees.
• Stop Trade timing: Principal withdrawal requires Stop Trade in advance; funds may remain in trading until the next calendar day.
• Emergency Exit: Immediately halts all Live trading for your account, applies a 25% penalty on the exiting vault balance, and unlocks remaining funds for withdrawal only after 00:00 UTC the next day. Not available on Demo vaults.
• Fees: Withdrawals and commissions may be subject to processing fees (including 1% where applicable).

4. Market Risk

• Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and unpredictable.
• Market conditions may cause partial or total loss of capital.
• Stablecoins (e.g., USDT) may de-peg from their reference assets.

5. Futures, Derivatives, and Leverage Risk

• Pooled trading may involve leveraged or derivative exposure.
• Adverse moves can produce substantial losses, including total loss of capital.
• Liquidation or forced closure may occur under stress conditions.

6. Smart Contract and Technical Risks

• Vulnerabilities: Code may contain bugs, exploits, or logic flaws.
• Immutability: Exploited or erroneous on-chain transactions generally cannot be reversed.
• Dependencies: RPC providers, oracles, and external services may fail or be manipulated.

7. Referral and Network Risks

• Commission income depends on downstream Live trading activity and qualification rules.
• Network structure and payout percentages may change.
• Downline Emergency Exit may affect commission calculations on exit day.

8. Investment Suitability

• Only allocate funds you can afford to lose entirely.
• Do not use funds required for living expenses, debt, or emergencies.

9. Limitation of Liability

• All trading activities are undertaken at your own risk.
• The Platform is not liable for losses from market movements, liquidity events, exchange failures, regulatory action, cyber incidents, smart contract failures, demo forfeiture, or force majeure.
